Mental Health Therapy

We offer individual, couple, and family therapy with experienced, licensed clinicians thoughtfully matched to your needs, goals, and life experiences. We serve children, adolescents, and adults.

HOW THERAPY CAN HELP

Therapy, also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a method of treatment that helps you process emotions, understand what’s contributing to persistent stress or anxiety, work through significant challenges like trauma or depression, and develop healthier ways of coping through life’s challenges.

Every patient’s starting point is unique, and we strive to ensure every identity feels welcome, respected, and seen. That's why we thoughtfully match you with a clinician whose experience and approach are well-suited to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

Individual Therapy

Available to children, adolescents, and adults, individual therapy offers one-on-one support tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, ADHD, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you better understand what's contributing to your challenges and identify a path forward.

Through therapy, you can develop healthier coping strategies, build resilience, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and gain greater confidence in navigating life's complexities. Our therapists work alongside you to create a supportive, personalized experience that reflects your goals and the changes you hope to make.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship experiences periods of stress, conflict, and change. Whether you and your partner are struggling to communicate, navigating a major life transition, rebuilding trust, adjusting to parenthood, or feeling disconnected from one another, couples therapy can help you better understand the patterns affecting your relationship and create healthier ways of moving forward together.

Through couples therapy, partners can strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and develop practical tools for supporting one another through life's challenges. Therapy provides a space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and empowered to build a stronger relationship.

Family Therapy

Families naturally experience periods of change, stress, and conflict. Whether you're navigating parent-child challenges, behavioral concerns, changing family dynamics, major life transitions, or difficulties with communication, family therapy can help identify patterns that may be creating tension or keeping family members stuck. Rather than focusing on blame, therapy creates a supportive environment where family members can better understand one another and work through challenges together.

Through family therapy, families can strengthen communication, improve problem-solving skills, and develop healthier ways of supporting one another. By focusing on the family as a whole rather than any one individual, therapy can be especially helpful for family members who have been hesitant to engage in therapy in the past, fostering greater understanding, connection, and resilience over time.

CARE MODALITIES WE OFFER

Our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (or modalities) and tailor treatment to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. You don’t need to know which therapy modality is right for you before getting started. Your clinician can help determine which approaches may best support your needs.
