Understanding insurance and healthcare costs can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible so you can focus on your care—not paperwork.
As a courtesy, we bill insurance on your behalf and provide billing statements through our secure patient portal. Because every insurance plan is different, we encourage every patient to verify their coverage and benefits directly with their insurance provider before beginning services.
While we are happy to help answer questions, we cannot guarantee insurance coverage, eligibility, or out-of-pocket costs. Understanding your plan in advance can help you avoid unexpected expenses and make informed decisions about your care.

No Surprises Act of 2022
You can see a WHW provider without using insurance or with a non-contracted insurance. If you choose not to use insurance for your services, please be aware that we follow the current No Surprises Act of 2022.
Please see the notice of your rights under this act
Our rates are based on required national standards called CPT codes.
