She/her/hers
As an emergency room nurse with eight years of experience, I am excited to dedicate myself to mental health care as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Working in a fast-paced environment has strengthened my clinical judgment, resilience, and ability to provide high-quality care under pressure while supporting patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. Over the years at the bedside, I developed a strong desire to build more meaningful relationships with patients, supporting their mental well-being and helping prevent the crises I have so often witnessed.
I graduated from the University of Portland with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018, where I discovered my passion for patient-centered, holistic care. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice and PMHNP certification at Oregon Health and Science University, with an anticipated graduation in June 2027. Through my training, I have had the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, developing skills in comprehensive mental health assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that moves beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe each person is the expert in their own life, and I strive to create a collaborative, respectful environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their care. As a student at Willamette Health and Wellness, I look forward to continuing to learn from both experienced clinicians and the clients I have the privilege to serve while supporting individuals in achieving meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental well-being.
