SMALL GROUP EDUCATION & INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

6-20 SESSIONS • TELEHEALTH

A structured program for adults struggling with ongoing sleep difficulties—learn to improve sleep, build healthier habits, and wake feeling more rested.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence-based treatment designed to help adults improve sleep without relying solely on medication. It focuses on identifying and changing thoughts, behaviors, and sleep habits that can contribute to ongoing insomnia and sleep difficulties.

CBT-I may be helpful if you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, waking earlier than you would like, or regularly feeling unrested. Sleep difficulties may occur on their own or alongside concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other life challenges.

Our CBT-i program combines small-group education with individualized therapy sessions to help you better understand the factors affecting your sleep and develop healthier sleep habits that fit your needs. The program begins with a series of small-group sessions focused on the science of sleep, followed by optional individual therapy sessions to help you apply what you’ve learned to your unique situation and goals.

HOW IT WORKS
-
CBT-i is usually completed within 6-20 sessions.
-
Following the required intake session, the first 3 sessions consist of an educational group that orients to the 'science' of sleep (body and mind). The group portion of the work takes place on Tuesday afternoons at 5:00pm via telehealth.
-
After the group sessions, treatment transitions to the 'art' of sleep, supporting the application of these concepts through individual sessions.

TIME COMMITMENT
Most participants complete the program within 6-20 sessions, with many noticing meaningful improvements in their sleep along the way.

COST / INSURANCE COVERAGE
Insurance may cover participation in the program following completion of a required Intake Session.
