To receive monthly billing statements, sign-up for our Patient Portal where you can view statements, sign up for autopay, or make payments. We do not send paper statements. See the instructions below on how to sign-up for the patient portal.

If you are enrolled in our Patient Portal, use the button below to pay or use the MYIO app on your phone.

If you are not enrolled in our Patient Portal, use the button below to pay your bill.

How to Sign-Up for the Patient Portal and/or Autopay

Patient Portal: Contact our team to sign-up at info@whwpdx.com or call 503-729-1380.

Additional features of Patient Portal:

  • View future scheduled appointments

  • Access monthly statements

  • View up-to-date payments from insurance

  • Pay statement balance and copays directly to your account

  • Update contact & insurance information

  • Safely store credit card information for future payments

  • Continued ability to establish payment plans

Autopay:

  • Log into your Patient Portal

  • Go to the Billing section of your portal

  • Ensure there is an active credit card on file

  • Toggle autopay on

  • Contact our billing department to finish the autopay setup process
