Billing & Insurance

WHW bills insurance as a courtesy. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance plan prior to services. We ask that you call your insurance company to verify your insurance coverage with our WHW provider, we can not guarantee coverage. The list here is our contracted (in-network) insurance companies and our providers that are an exception to the in-network list.

You can see a WHW provider without using insurance or with a non-contracted insurance. If you choose not to use insurance for your services, please be aware that we follow the current No Surprises Act of 2022. Please see the notice of your rights under this act. Our rates are based on required national standards called CPT codes.

WHW Billing Process:

  1. We bill statements monthly via our Patient Portal. 

  2. To enroll in our Patient Portal please contact our team and they will assist you in the process: info@whwpdx.com or call at (503) 729-1380.

  3. Billing statements will only include money due by the patient/guardian after insurance has been processed.

In-Network

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon: Including Bridgespan plans and individual select plans.

  • CareOregon/Healthshare/OHP Bridge in Multnomah/Washington/Clackamas counties ONLY. (We do NOT accept Trillium Community Healthplan)

  • First Choice Health Network: Including patients who have Added Choice or DUAL Choice PPO benefit as part of their Kaiser Permanente Northwest (KPNW) insurance plan.

  • Kaiser Permanente Northwest (KPNW) Referred Patients:

    • Therapy: No referral needed for therapy.

    • Medication Management: Referral & authorization from Kaiser Permanente is needed. To request a referral call Kaiser Mental Health & Addiction Medicine Triage at 503-249-3434 or speak to your Kaiser provider.
